Although I couldnt complete my program with Hoss, I was truly impressed by his passion and guidance. Hoss is an incredible coach who asks the right questions to help you understand yourself better. We were incredibly fortunate to have HOSS work with our program over the break. Not too often a group of 20+ athletes can be fully engaged for two 4-hour workshops, but the content combined with HOSS's passion through his delivery made every minute fun and interesting. Hoss was able to relate and use relevant examples to capture our attention. The workshops were interactive and promoted deep thought and self reflection. I believe our program greatly benefited from HOSS by helping each member of our program discover their authentic self and passion. Thanks HOSS!

Just like many other postgraduates I experienced the vertigo and fear of not living and working to my full potential. Passion-Discovery seemed interesting and a good investment. Hoss provided me with a roadmap and an insight to market position myself to leverage my strengths and overcome my weaknesses.
