Battery Battery

I've been here a few times now. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff. I walk in mumbling random things and they make sense of it and get me what I was looking for. Great people and store.

Bought an expensive AGM battery for my car that as soon as it got cold just completely drained on its own. Every time I go more than a few hours without driving it in the winter it requires a boost. Worked fine during the summer and now that it's cold again I have the same problem. There is no excessive battery drain just a crap quality battery. Won't be purchasing another battery from here.

Had an Interstate Marine battery go bad. Bass Pro too far (where I got it) but Bpro contacted Interstate (after I arranged and dropped it off @ BatteryBattery). Interstate called me and proposed a Warranty replace. Exp'd I already dropped it off at BatteryBattery for load testing and charging. BatteryBattery got in touch with Interstate and called me to come back. Upon entering they handed me a new battery! Super pleasant customer service, friendly staff, smooth replacement although was phone tag via Bass Pro. Very pleased with the staff and would recommend going for your battery needs. Thanks again guys !! Really appreciate your help!!
