Our organization, the Canadian National Alliance for Chiropractic, hired Tom to help us rewrite foundational statements: namely our Purpose, Mission and Values. This work has been instrumental in assisting our Board of Directors to become more cohesive in the vision we share for our organization, and most notably, to have a framework on which to base our decisions and actions. Tom was highly organized, giving us preparation work to do in advance of the day, and lead the exercises and conversations throughout to help us brainstorm and create clarity. While the day-long event was held via zoom, it was a successful exercise for team cohesion, and of great value for the clarity it brings to our organization. I doubt we could have accomplished nearly as much without Toms guidance and structure. As a relatively new organization, we are thrilled to have this work completed as we build and grow with even greater certainty in who we are and what we stand for.
