Dr Toth

My previous doctor, Dr. Birosh, was amazing. I don't have anything negative to see about Dr. Toth personally as I have only met him twice. However, it is practically impossible to get through to the office and prescription refill forms, sent by the pharmacy, take a long time to get returned, if they ever do. Emergency refills by the pharmacy are beginning to be the norm.

I went in and they are still asking you to put your face mask on so I had a face mask on and the nurse said oh you health card is expired but Ive been going there for the last three years without a health card and theyve been taking me with my status card I guess because why else would they take me I dont know if this guy in his group is native racist but they sure are gonna treat me like everybody else

Secretary is incredibly rude. They never answer the phone. Never send prescriptions properly. Dr.Toth himself is dismissive, and wants the quickest , easiest solution possible to get you out. Still refers to the BMI, which is not accurate if youre an athlete. So on top of none of my concerns being met, I now have body image issues. Find a new doctor.

The absolute worst doctors office I have EVER dealt with. The receptionist is incredibly rude, and NEVER answers the phone. Good luck trying to get an appointment with them, as you can call all day and not get an answer. I have been sitting in the waiting room listening to the phone ring, and ring, and ring, only to watch someone, sometimes two people, sit there and never answer it. Dr. Tote himself has brushed off every single issue Ive brought up to him, he hasnt helped me with anything in the slightest. They are also impossible to reach through fax as well - trying to get a prescription refilled? Hope youre okay with going through withdrawal before you actually get your medication refilled. Luckily my pharmacy is great and have covered for how useless the people are in Dr. Totes office. I have been looking for a new doctor, and recommend you do the same. The struggle REALLY isnt worth it. They are in it for the money, not to help people.
