Has been my Dr for over 30 years he always cares and his staff has always been very nice. Like Family!!

Doctor Rotondo's apathy towards my health nearly killed me because of an autoimmune disorder, as well as his continued arrogance towards my mental health. His advice to blisterations across my lips was to call it a herpe and put polysporin for it. I got a staph infection, which could have killed me with my compromised immune system. Additionally, he does not care about mental health, if it can't be solved by cipralex. Even taking time off of work, he will not approve. Dr. Rotondo might be great to geriatric patients, but if you're younger than 40, seek someone else. This crook should not be in medicine, I would not trust him to treat anything that requires the least bit of effort or curiosity to determine. His apathy can, will, and has costed lives.

My own family physician amazing with my daughter and myself, friendly and caring secretary. Wish their was more family physician in North Bay, but very good doctor overall
