Kal's pharmacy is amazing! All the staff are super down to earth and very empathetic to helping those who are in great need. It takes a very patient type of staff to deal with the amount of demands from the clients who are dealing with serious mental health issues and substance abuse issue's that have made their life a daily struggle. I just want to say thank you to all of the wonderful, underappreciated staff. for all their effort's and they probably have no idea how much they impact the client's day on a positive way just by knowing that there's people out there that actually get it, and care about making a change.

I recall when Dr. Dellaquila first come to North Bay...it was way back when opioids were stilled being deemed OK to take for decades. He was an Emerge Doc...he had no probs prescribing opioid pain killers. Then it seemed a lot of folks were lying to him (YA THINK???), so he changed his ways. Friggin' drug addicts eh?

I am new with Dr. Dellaqulia and he seems good i find im wordering if he may be another methadone pay check Dr. I've been on methadone for 24y and because I arrived at Cal's pharmacy at 4:15 but since the dr. Requires me to do urion tests on every Mon. And every Wed. Even though clearly redundant. (why twice so he gets paid twice) anyway since the office closes at the same time i arrived I can't do a urin and my pain medication has been denied by Cal's even though I have a script and they Cal's is open. So I was refused my daily medications and now I find myself not receiving help but looking to the streets today. Why has nothing been put unto place for such a significant oversight.
