I booked an appointment in February of 2022 specifically stating that I wanted to discuss my options for scleral lenses. I was given an appointment with Dr. Arsenault. At my appointment after completing a routine eye exam I was informed by Dr. Arsenault that they do not do scleral lenses, she told me that she would provide me a referral to a location near Toronto which does provide this service. I was then sold some dry eye drops. While this was incredibly frustrating as it made my appointment completely useless and they could have informed me when I contacted them originally that they could not help me with scleral lenses, I bit my tongue and accepted that at least I would receive a referral to someone that could help me. It's now 10 months later and I have not heard from this office once. I still have not received my referral. If it were not for insurance I would have paid for absolutely nothing of value from my appointment, as it's nearly been another year that I have continued to suffer from uncorrected vision when I could have been dealing with another provider who would actually help me with what I need. If you are considering this location for your optometry needs just be aware that these are actions which they clearly consider to be ethical, and make your decision accordingly.

After many years this doctor finally went all in and gave us the help we needed with our blepharitis. we have been harming our eyes with the advice others gave! Not to mention the horrendous struggle we've had twice a day for so many years. I am very optimistic about this treatment regimen.

This is hands down the best place in North Bay to go for eye care. The staff is so welcoming and friendly, the optician is extremely knowledgable, and the doctors go above and beyond. I can't recommend them enough!

My first time there. I found everyone very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone had a cheery attitude. Dr. Cobean was friendly, knowledgeable and explained all procedures. The office was very clean. Apple parking. Difficult exiting onto Lakeshore drive .

The staff is rude, they ordered the wrong lens for my grandma and she has a hard time going in and out and she just said she should get a discount for her trouble the girl got snarky saying well we are charging you to do it then the manager came out getting snippy I wouldnt recommend them to anyone awful place.
