North Bay General Hospital

I couldn't leave upon leaving the hospital after visiting my friend on in stay on Floor C3. Ya the doors were all locked up made it impossible to leave finally I went down to ER and Booker outta the emergency department doors. Said cya "CAN'T KEEP ME TRAPPED" ... LOL!!!!

Worst hospital ever! They definitely dont care about patients. You could be dying in the ER and their one doctor will say youre not priority and they dont know how long you will take. Youre better off not coming here than coming here, wasting 8-12 hours, and then still leaving without ANY CARE. The hospital and staff should be ashamed.

Its been a year since I had my concussion now and all the symptoms only stopped about two months ago. My sense of taste, smell, hearing and even visual were totally screwed up, I had slurred speech, my pupils were different sizes, my neck was extremely stiff and my reflexes were so slow it was freaking me out a bit and my moods were completely messed up, I developed these insane anxiety attacks that just cleared up the last couple months. These are most dangerous symptoms you can have after hitting your head. Ill tell you right now it was the worst year of my life and going to that hospital 6 times (4 times in the first two days) and literally telling them I know I have a concussion, what do I do? How bad is it? I was told Im fine, wasnt checked, and I was dismissed so fast after waiting forever and having a panic attack in the ER waiting room. I clearly wasnt ok. There could have been a life threatening problem going on with me. The sixth time, a couple months later, I got a different doctor and he explained what a concussion is. Thats all the help I got. This place does not care about the patients. This was not the first difficultys Ive had with them just trying to get help. Shame.
