Horrible doctor if you could call him that.

I used to be a patient here. I was requesting a 2 week sick leave from my job (which they dont believe in) and was told no. Not 10 minutes later I receive a call from my employer asking if I quite. When I said that I was not, my employer let me know my doctors office called asking for the name of the girl who just quit her job. This is a HUGE breach in confidentiality! When I called and confronted them about it, I was told that they could not remember my name, but could remember where I worked. Not a week later I received the same letter in the mail everyone does. He was retiring. I would rather sit in emerge for 14+ hours than have to go and sit in this doctors office again.

I am not a patient of this doctor but having recently moved back to the area my family doctor is in another city and not convenient. I needed to get stitches removed and called a number of places in north bay with no luck. I called head to toe clinic and the lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice. She took all my info down and was able to squeeze me in within a few hours. The doctor examined my stitches and had them removed. He seemed very nice as well. Would recommend this place for sure.

I will absolutely recommend Dr. Hasspieler and Head to Toe Clinic. The staff are amazing at helping me organize appointments, they reply quickly and book appointments immediately. Dr, Hasspieler is excellent at asking questions that help me sort through what is wrong, he keeps detailed notes and follows up with past concerns, he treats the whole problem not just the easy problem. The care and attention he and his office provide are excellent. Hands down the best doctor and staff I have ever been to.

I was heading there for my two test tb test for school placement forms. The lady at the front was super rude to me, when she realized I had no cash on me, she insisted I go walk all the way to rbc or Caseys to use the atm machine and if I wasnt back in 5 mins theyd make me pay a fee for missing, I was on time for my appointment too! I ended up going to the pharmacy next door and they let me do a cash back purchase, she was so dismissive and when I inquired if status First Nation was an option for payment. She rudely stated you have to pay like everyone else, its like any other business . I felt so humiliated as the waiting room was full and everyone gawked at me. The receptionists will literally make you wait there for minutes on end while they talk amongst themselves before deciding when they will serve you.
