Not impressed that as a true Canadian I had to pay for an appointment! Wish Good Doctors was there! Wont go back! Going to deal with the doctors online for free in the South! Disgusted that our own Major wont do anything about this transformation!

This will be yet another 1 star review for this bunch, only because I can't do zero stars, or even negative (which is the score they deserve). If anyone managed to get competent, timely medical care from them, outstanding - you're the lucky recipient of health services the way they are supposed to be. Everywhere you go in North Bay, every medical organization rolls their eyes when you mention "good doctors" and the nurses and medical staff often have lots of comments about them, and none have been "good". First, their name needs to be changed to lazy doctors, or apathetic doctors, or disorganized doctors. There are a ton of negative adjectives that describe them, and none are close to the word "good". Making an appointment with them is an IQ test. They'll make an appointment for you and not even bother checking to see if you are available on that date or time. The email correspondence they send you is so full of lazy typing, spelling mistakes and pre-school grammar mistakes that they are all but unreadable. If you get an appointment, they don't bother to tell you whether it's one of their rushed phone appointments or an in person visit at the room they call their "clinic". They have minimal staff, minimal facilities and minimal equipment - all to "save money" so they can put more money in their pockets. They specialize in low effort prescriptions and referrals. They aren't interested in, and don't do, any kind of actual physical exam, in fact, they want YOU, the patient, to show up with your entire medical history in hand because that means minimal effort on their part. The only conditions they are interested in are all things they can do while they sit somewhere else in the country, and mumble into a camera attached to a video system, and get paid more than they deserve for it. They have one nurse who does literally everything for the "office", get's paid the minimum amount possible, and that doesn't attract high quality nurses and also causes massive staff turnover on a constant basis. And by "staff", I mean ONE nurse/secretary/office manager/receptionist. They're an example of another low grade institution sucking the health care system dry of money and providing minimal or zero health care in the process. Such a broken system. Such a low grade organization. Your best and only option to see a REAL doctor in a REAL medical environment is to go emergency at the hospital and wait for 8 hours, for even the most trivial of things. Avoid this bunch at all costs. Help them go out of business, which is what they deserve.
