North Bay Moving Services was hired for a move this past Sunday. Not only were they over 1 hour late but when we tried to call both the business and the cell phone, we got no answers from anyone. When they did show up it was in a smaller truck then what was supposed to be sent. As well as only 2 movers, instead of the 3 we were told were coming. When they opened the truck it had other peoples belongings in it (a futon and other items). We went to the new place and let them do their thing. After 2 hours we tried calling, again no answer. When we finally got a hold of the movers they said they were just grabbing a drink and then heading over. Fast track 1.25 hours and they came to the new place telling us they had to go home and change into shorts. They moved the stuff in, all while knocking things off of walls. We were then told that we would be getting charged an additional 1.5 hours as the originally 3 hour move had taken much longer. After they left and we started to unpack we noticed that the BBQ is completely broken, the doors no longer close with ease and you have to slam them as they have been bent, and once you open the doors the whole BBQ falls down. When we called to ask about it, they said someone would be over to take a look. Still no one has come. We also had to call to request the REST of the stuff be dropped off, because it was forgotten in the truck with the rest of whoevers belongings were in there. I have tried calling multiple times to speak with the owner of this business and I cannot get a single person on the phone. This has been a disgusting situation, and has ended up costing us additional money.
