After standing there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to find me the size i needed while 5 employees were doing nothing, I put the shoe that I had selected back on the shelf and left.

We went in during the lunch hour and the store was full of customers wandering around needing assistance. There was one young person at the cash, but she disappeared into the back and did not come out. After 20 minutes or so, many started to worry so a couple of older women peaked into the back to see if she was alright. They returned telling all of us that there were in fact three people in the back and the cashier said she was fine. We waited and waited, and finally she came back to handle the cash and a young man who said he can't sell shoes, came out to hunt down shoes people wanted. By then 4 pairs of parents had left empty handed as their lunch breaks were over. We were there for over an hour before we were helped.. and the guy couldn't find my size or my husband's size. We also left empty handed. In that single lunch hour they lost a lot of customers. I know I will not be back. We found the type of shoes we were looking for in less then 10 minutes at Marks Hire some people!

I wouldn't give this store 1 star but only way I could give review, give it -10. I went in with 2 sons & a friend to get my son shoes for birthday. We waited til she was done with other customers, she never approached us, we approached her asking for size 13 in a shoe, she said no. Found another shoe & asked again for size 13, she said no don't have any size 13, gone as soon as put on floor. On way out I spotted a pair in window & checked size, they were 13. We went to Dawson's shoe store, the lady went above & beyond to help us, got him a pair of the best shoes he's ever owned, ended up being size 15.

The blonde haired lady which is i think the manager is not friendly. Dont spend your money there. Let me rephrase this i just called to make a complaint, all employees there are worthless to talk to. Why make a complain when the actual manager is the problem. Shes a straight up b!tc# people, be warned!

I went in with my daughter, she wanted boots. She was not greeted nor approached. Finally, I caught the eye of a clerk (both standing at the desk) and she smiled, but didn't come over. After waiting a few more minutes and realizing she wasn't approaching, I called over that my daughter was looking for a certain boot and then she approached. While we were there at least 3 others came in, walking around with a shoe in their hand, NOT approached by staff. I'd give a negative review if possible.
