Highly recommend LB Town. After seeing a multi-buy promotion without a deadline on social media, I called a chain-store competitor to inquire about the sale. The staff at the chain-store informed me the sale ended the day before and that there were absolutely no exceptions in which they would grant me the discount. I was given this expectation after I informed them of a no-fault car accident I was in the day before. The importance of prefacing my review with this information is because of the contrast in treatment after contacting the locally owned LB Town. I informed the employee (whom I later found out was the owner) to the details of a coupon I previously received. The owner informed me that they would honour the single-purchase discount, as well as providing informative feedback on several in-stock products. When I informed the owner of how thankful I was of their treatment and how meaningful it was to me after experiencing my first auto-accident, he showed genuine compassion and asked how I was - physically and mentally. To digress, I did not inform the owner of the accident until after they had confirmed they would provide the discount, and after I had selected the product I would like to purchase. I feel that aside is important because it did not influence the uniquely positive experience locally owned businesses offer. It was a pleasure to meet Dan, and I look forward to continuing to support this locally-owned supplement store!
