Im not impressed with this company. They walked in first thing with their boots on the house. Tracking mud after during the demolition they discover leaking tap when taking the sink out. Never notified the owner just left a cup under it for the whole weekend, of course it flooded first caused by the company, one of the employees broke the door handle and told owners to replace it. They took liberty of a brand new case of Gatorade and drank it all. They also went in rooms and moved things around when they shouldnt have been in there. They also have turned off security cameras when they were there and never put them back on. Drywall work was absolutely horrible. They refused to remove ceiling strapping that was coded with BLACK mold and said it was not are problems, it is your problem to fix. After the new flooring has been put in they dragged new equipment on the brand new floors and scratch them. And then after that when they put the bathroom back together they messed up putting the tub together and it leaking from the drainage. When asked to come and fix it they only tighten it and broke it. Causing a third flood. When they were notified they asked for the deposit and said the job was completed. Services: Flood cleanup, Flood restoration

Having never made an insurance claim you can imagine that we would have some apprehension with the process, Albert was at the house the very same day after contacting insurance company- he was quick to diagnose and very professional and took quick action to start the repair process- We feel very comfortable dealing with this company
