        A Very welcoming environment. Eric is an excellent leader and truly made me feel comfortable. After an accident last yr I have limited mobility and found the chair yoga a perfect way to get me back into yoga.

        Would 100 percent recommend, a real homie atmosphere. The staff are kind and awesome . Prices are proper and the trainers are all great. Lots of variety in technique , they offer lots of additional classes like hot yoga etc .. if your gonna spend money on training this is your go to place .:)
