This is probably one of the worst customer experiences I have had. I provided them with all my tax information and had requested an appointment to speak with the accountant, Mr. Minaz to address my questions and concerns. It took several weeks for Mr. Minaz to reach out to me; when he finally did, the call was rushed, rude and he failed to answer any of my questions, saying he would do so later. He asked me to provide him with additional information which I immediately did. Two weeks later his wife writes to me and tells me the information I provided him was not what he was looking for and that I should simply provide him with a value (which he should have been able to calculate had he reviewed my documents). When I wrote back and asked for an explanation to some of my questions, Mr. Minaz called me, and rather aggressively said he "knew his job as an accountant" and that I should take my file back; he failed to discuss matters with me and 15 days prior to the tax filing deadline, returned my file. This whole experience has been rather unpleasant. I understand people may be overwhelmed and/or short-staffed, but that does not give anyone the right to be so unprofessional, rude and discourteous.
