Sam Seidman, CPA Professional Corporation

I barely had a 2 min conversation with him and he was extremely condescending. I've spoken to 5 other accountants that were lovely but this first interaction was just appalling. He made me feel like I don't know what I'm talking about, which I know myself because I'm not an accountant, obviously. That's why I'm calling. I just can't believe how different this phone call went compared to most accountants... There's no need to sound like people should expect how to speak your language when you're literally inquiring because you don't know accounting.

Sam is a very nice & polite person. Sam respect all nationalities and return all phone calls and text messages. I deal with Sam for last few months but never had any problem with him. He is very honest person as well. I would refer everyone to deal with him without considering negative comments about his business. There could be some circumstances where he could not return phone calls or messages but it does not mean that he is careless about his new clients. We can not judge until listening both parties.

Where are you Sam? I paid the retainer, gave you my books in October, and now they are due Jan 31st. I have called every day for two weeks. You are causing me a great deal of stress.
