        Ms. Shin was absolutely terrific in catching me up with tax returns after falling behind a couple of years - and despite some complications with the CRA, she didn't miss a thing in getting me every credit coming to me, virtually turning my situation completely around. I've already told her I will be using her for all my tax returns moving forward, whether simple or complex. I highly recommend Ms. Shin!!
