Excellent service and professional technicians. Few years back we had Cozy world come out and do a repair on our furnace which we ended up replacing the year after because it was just too old. The quote that we received was fair and reasonable. Since it was a referral we had peace of mind that there would be no short cuts and it will be done right. I reached out to Fred Sunday night last week with concern that we had some leaks and this time our ac unit wasnt functioning properly. It seemed like we had to replace the entire unit since the unit was old. We got a technician come out the next day and we were told that its best changing the unit and not spending a temporary expense. We are so happy with our decision and again the price that was given was very reasonable and the job was done beautifully and professionally. Thanks so much. Highly recommended. Want to thank Cozy World for an excellent service. I wanted to replace my old AC unit. Fred was responsive, personable and professional. They assessed the property first and a within a couple days the new AC unit was installed. They also removed the old AC unit off my property. Cozy World installers were friendly and very professional. I would definitely recommend Cozy World to anyone who may need their services. Service: Install AC
