The heater and air conditioner in my condo unit was not working due to default actuator. I sent a message to get a quote and got a response the next morning. Mark and his partner came to do the repair the same day. They were right on time as scheduled. Very nice people, reliable and prompt. Was in the market for a new tankless water heater & central humidifier, glad that I came across House Depot. Maziar provided the quote in email after the initial call and was helpful throughout the process till the registration of the product. Once we finalized the product, they were quick to complete installation without any delay. Mark did the install and what a gem of a person he is. Was kind enough to explain the setup and went through all the aspects of the installation. He is prompt, professional, honest and very knowledgeable. He also helped me in setting up the water line for our fridge. Will definitely reach out to Mark for future needs. Service: Installation
