Nice and clean condo. In addition this condo has very friendly concierges such as Dulasha who has nice attitude and she is patient and affable, I'm so satisfied with her.

Been living in this building for almost 2 years now. Great indoor and outdoor facilities. Not too much crowded with only 15-17 floors in each tower. Courtyard are nice to have a stroll without exiting the building. Rooftop pool in summer with downtown view is a bliss.

I have a friend in the condo across from this building. What a disaster! Disrespectful tenants that block the roundabout that they share. There was a fire in this building an actual REAL fire and people were just hanging out on their balcony with kids, watching the fire like it was a show. Didn't even evacuate! With kids! People that did evacuate were filming the fire, laughing and cracking jokes. Security didn't seem to care. The building security in the other building (my friend's building) was far more concerned about the situation than their own building management. The neighborhood hates this new condo because it's disruptive and inconsiderate. Every time I go there I am annoyed by a car from this building blocking the entrance to the parking garage. Things were so much better before this horrible condo was built. This is quickly becoming the ice condo version of North York! I expect TikTok's to start popping up at any minute. Lol
