What a fantastic way to find a home in Toronto. The professionalism on how they show you the units and facilities is second to none, the cleanness of the building and units shows care and dedication, everything is done to be very efficient and simple. The Supers are incredible, always assisting tenants in everyway possible, and the head office made the process of getting a home very straight forward and painless . I love my new home, I am extremely happy Thank you.

Lived here for a year, the worst place to stay in North York. Continuous bugs and pest problem. Outdoor parking even though they have indoor parking but its never available. People use the indoor parking as their storage and never park their car their. Parking lot is always filled with random people. People drinking and smoking outside all the time and hanging out in the parking and infront of the building. Super named Don, never answers his phone and never gets any work done. If you are reading this, please stay away from this place or any of their apartments
