        I, would like to take this opportunity to give my input with regards to Shepherd Manor from my own personal experience. This specific location is running like a well greased machine. It is a very quiet location and the staff conduct themselves in a very professional manner namely Nora who is the property manager she is very diligent, polite and most definitely is a valued asset to the Cap REIT corporation. Any requests that Ive made have always been taken care of in a very timely manner . I, would strongly recommend this particular location to anyone seeking a permanent rental location. It is with great pleasure to speak accolades about this particular residence.
