166 Wilson Ave - Rental Apartments

Building manager is so rude you keep asking them if they have available suite for rent and she have no answer of it and I remember I view the suite and I tell them I'm interested and when I carrying to reach them about the room they told me it's already been taking worst management lucky people right now is looking for apartment if not she gonna keep calling.

While the office employees at 166 itself are amazing Cogirs emergency line staff are disgusting to deal with and in my personal opinion also racist. I assume theyre located in Quebec as ever single individual who would come on the phone would just keep speaking French almost with out pause. And as soon as I start speaking English they would have a very combative and non helpful attitude. As a Canadian Citizen Im entitled to English or French especially since I live in a English speaking province. They basically told me to sleep on the street until Tuesday & lies and said theres no one on call. I know this is a lie theres always someone on call. This is just one example of the way they treat their tenants. Not to mention Ive had my license plate stolen (Ive reported to the Police) and having my car crashed into on the private building grounds by someone even though theres cameras all around no one knows anything. $16,500 damage and now my car is worth a lot less now that I want to sell it. $5,000 less than what I couldve got for it. B4 I write anything I want to distinguish a difference between the people who work at 166 Wilsons (who are awesome) and Cogir management company. Its the bank holiday long weekend & since I work Saturdays its very nice to have a rare two day weekend. I go out to run errands and I lose my apartment and building Key. I call the emergency line and they tell me in a very rude manner that theyve changed their rules and they no longer open tenant doors (they had no problem walking in the other day to check for fire alarms- really just to see if anyone is doing any shady business). They tell me I have to get a locksmith to change the locks. Ok if thats what I got to do. I said thats fine I need someone to come and let me in the building because the lock smith dont change the building entrance locks so I need someone to let me in the building so I can call a locksmith. She tells me they dont open tenant units over and over Im like I get that you keep saying that but I need someone to let me in the building but she kept saying the same thing. I ask to speak to the manager, who after keeping me on the line for 10 min came in and kept saying the same thing & wouldnt listen to me. I finally managed to slow him down and tell him I need to be let in the building. He said I have to wait until Tuesday, today is Sunday! I said I know theres always someone on duty on call for emergency. They said theres no one on duty - which I know is a Absolute Lie. They said me losing my keys & the fact that I have to sleep on the street until Tuesday is not an emergency. They told me to call back on Tuesday!!! Can you believe this disgusting behaviour??

I have been here for 2 months now and they haven't installed any blinds on our windows yet. Always issues comes up such as bugs and cockroaches. when we complain they say they never had a problem in here and I might have brought them here from the previous place. Honestly, I haven't even seen a bed bug in my life so far until I come here!! And the ladies in the office are so rude and they never care about anything that you complain. I've been calling them ever since we moved for the blinds. She said she did her job!! The first day they gave me the wrong keys and I wasn't able to get into my apartment and the lady who's name is Beaula Ball said she can not do anything with out even apologizing to me! Stay away from this place!!!

For your own good STAY AWAY from this place. Their apartments are infested by cockroaches, and of course they would not tell you that upon viewing. THE INFESTATION IS EXTREMELY BAD.I will attach some photos below. They've had this infestation problem for a really long time and apparently they don't really care. They only dusted my unit once which took them 2 months to do and did not solve the problem, and then they pretty much ignored me afterwards. Aside from that, their parking lot is a total mess. If you drive be READY to have your parking spot TAKEN by other people all the time, and they won't care about that either. So have fun with that in the winter times. A lot of appliances don't even work, and they are extremely slow in fixing them. They always tend to delay it month after month. They are extremely hard to reach, a lot of times they are not at the office, and they hardly ever pick up your calls or reply your emails and messages. Just a careless, indifferent and generally bad attitude. Not mentioning at least 2 suspicious unpermitted entries into my apartment which forced me to buy a camera. This place is probably better than a garage, but it is totally NOT WORTH the price they charge you. There are better places to go. I would give zero stars if i could. Stay away.
