        Lived here for 7 years, people in the building are nice but the management is so pathetic. Paid rent for seven years and after I left I received a notice of $85 outstanding. $25 to clean the fridge and $60 because my kids left few colouring marks on the walls. This is the height of greediness, paid rent for 7 years and they had to do the paint anyways whats the point of these charges. Another reason I got upset is that the notice I received is from the collections about the charges, the building manager could be nice enough to call me and politely discuss about the charges I would be happy to throw $85 on their face. Do not expect anything from the management, mean and rude people running the building.
