9 Kingsbridge Court - Rental Apartments

Im beyond disgusted to this place. First of all its dirty second my package was stolen not sure who stole it. I tried calling the superintendent but I cant get any hold of him. I wonder who stole my package.

Very happy with a 1 bedroom apartment at 9 Kingsbridge. Apartment was perfectly renovated with all new appliances. Building is quiet and clean. Cogir promotions for signing a lease are very generous. Laundry room is good size for this building, never a line up. Parking is easy to get in/out and access Bathurst street.

I saw lots of roaches. Witnessed water problems and smells. They don't fix issues if you ask them to do so... I heard some people posted reviews on this building here but somehow all deleted. They might reporting reviews so that only 5 stars stay. Google, please do not delete honest reviews....

Lots of cockroaches, was reported multiple times and while the super did put some anti-roach gel, it appears to not have done much. On any given night I would kill about one-two cockroaches per hour. One time even found one in our food while we were still preparing it. From what I've heard from other residents it appears to be a building-wide issue. Other than that the building isn't too bad, recently renovated, plus the storage inside the apartment comes in very handy. Update: After staying here almost a year, avoid at all costs! Mailboxes broken into, multiple cars (parked in underground garage) got broken into, a lot of residents smoke inside their apartment or the staircases and the smoke leaks through the walls/outlets into your apartment. Management doesn't address any issues and uses delay tactics to avoid fixing problems.
