Seriously do not understand how it's legal or ethical for an apartment building to be in this condition., dirty elevators, no hot water half the time, full of roaches, dirty hallways, disgusting environment, no security, TERRIBLE and RUDE management, VERY DIRTY laundry room. It should not be legal to allow people in a western country to live like this. absolutely terrible all around, avoid this building at all cost. they even have the nerve to charge such ridiculous rent pricing although quality of life is terrible in this building. i prioritize HEALTHY and COMFORTABLE living conditions rather than this garbage building that happens to be in a fairly decent area.

No proper heating inside apartment, there are clear snow flakes on the window inside the apartment. Cant live in those units, had to buy heavy portable heater to heat the bedroom and hall area. The whole building sucks, they are renovating it luxuriously Wish they would have spend those budget doing wise and useful thing.

Worst building, No hot water and No proper windows . Even we complain lot of times they simply say we will fix it by next month. But till now nothing happen. No one is ready and take the concerns. They simply saying we know everything why ur complaining. Nowadays they installed water meter for the new tenants. Till today they didn't send any bill suddenly they sent us three months bill. Even we ask them . They are saying ask the water management company not to them.
