        I have been living here for 17 years yes the building is old but its well maintained and cleaned they take good care of the building. Its closed to everything like Shoppers Drug Mart Metro FreshCo Centerpoint Mall Promenade Mall.

        We've be living here just for 1,5 months but this place is already a sweet home! Nice neighbours, neat and tidy, warm, huge balcony and nice view! The best sunsets! Manager Stephanie is great, helpful, caring, attentive to details and questions! Great location - public transport, groceries, schools.

        lot of roaches - mine got sprayed twice already.. still here. Management knows but i think they just need to deep clean the whole building
