Just moved into this building and when ever we've had an issue the super Steve has been incredibly helpful and always gets it resolved in a super timely manner. He's made the move here very smooth really appreciate his help

This has a very serious Roach problem they are everywhere, In the winter they don't turn on the heat and now they also don't want us to use ACs in this summer heat unless you pay $150/month. If you are considering this building, Don't. You're better off somewhere else.

Full of roches and superintendent is very rude and condescending. The repairs they do are so inadequate that you just decide to live without repair. Overpriced for the value, and walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbor's phone ringing in your bedroom as well as in the living room. Hardly no privacy at all. Your washroom smells like pot because the fume hood is connected with other units. The lobby smells like garbage 24/7 year round. It stinks really bad. They put febreze when they have showing but otherwise be prepared to live with stinky lobby.
