Berkshire Place Apartments

I lived here in 2015. We had such a terrible roach problem to the point that I found them inside my fridge and freezer and they even took over my couch. After countless complaints nothing was done. The fridge that was the problem was never replaced and I was afraid to buy my own in fear that it would happen to the new one. Even the person that comes to collect the cheques didn't care! When I finally moved out after just 1 year living there I had to throw all my furniture away. Stay away from this place! Pay that crazy rent somewhere your money will be well spent.

Horrible management, horrible living conditions.. the super had a bedbug problem and didnt bother to take the proper actions to not allow it to go to other units.. the super filomena is lazy, if she were to put as much effort in her job as she puts in smoking her cigarettes the building would be amazing! Shes rude, nothing gets done except endless paint jobs on the hallways walls.. The laundry room is garbage.. none of the washers work.. the dryers BURN your clothes.. I wouldnt recomend this building to anyone qith children or pets.. Its a NIGHTMARE. Not worth the money.
