Horrible building managers !!! They dont do their jobs and hate working !! Always complaining and arguing with the tenants rather then doing their jobs !!! Place is littered with trash and they are nasty !!!

The manager Milenda is extremely unprofessional & a very cunning person. Today my husband and I drove almost an hour and a half for a viewing we scheduled with her. I even called her in the morning to confirm for a 2 bedroom unit which she quoted for around $1900. After canceling some of our other appointments we decided to go to this viewing. When we arrived after 1.5 hours of driving, Milenda first says You guys came for 1 bedroom right? When I clearly confirmed with her 4 hours earlier that I would be looking at 2 bedroom units. After this she says oh you never told me, and I just booked the last 2 bedroom unit. Hearing this I was already a little disappointed, after the long drive and leaving my newborn at home. But I asked her are there any other units available, since there are 4 buildings here and we came from really far leaving our newborn at home? she responds by saying everything is rented for April/ May- also apparently she could not show me any for one of the buildings because there was no hot water (which I didnt really understand the co-relation between). Basically she said there are NO 2/3 bedroom units available. I didnt think much of it. I just thought she was an unorganized attendant. So I left the place, but once I arrived home about 3/4 hours later I went back into the rental websites, I noticed that a new listing was posted a few minutes ago for a 2 bedroom unit at the same building I was supposed to go for a viewing (and the price was $200 less than what she had quoted me + 1 month free- refer to image below). I honestly didnt understand why she lied to me, asides from the fact that she may have been racist ? Maybe thats an assumption but God knows best! My advise is stay away from this lady! She is a cunning liar, and do yourself a favour, find a professional who is honest!
