Branson Tower

This place is horrible. Building is run down and full of cockroaches. The people that manage this building have the most attitude. Esp the filipino ones in there. When they talk to you theyre not polite. The older filipino guy with white hair is super rude. When you tell him something is wrong with the unit he immediately gets defensive and hes not approachable either. I dont know what his job is but I know for sure hes not the manager or owner of the building but he sure acts like one. Their customer service is so bad. They need training or a whole seminar.

Do NOT rent here. I totally regret signing the lease here. The landlords don't do a good job in upkeeping the building. Hallway carpets are filthy and need to be changed. Building smells bad. There's a leak in the first floor ceiling over a year and they just keep permanent buckets to catch the water! Roaches over run the units and I've even seen some in the lobby! Complaining to the landlords about issues in your unit can result in them threatening to evict you! Every month so many people are moving out. Units are large and spacious but very outdated. The corporation that runs the building ( Q Residential) is of no help. No one answers their phones and there's no place on their website to leave complaints. It's not a nice place to live.

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this building. This building is full of Cockroaches. All unites are full of that. Management sprayed pesticides they are not helping. Building is single pane glass and it is very cold in winters. No proper ventilation system. Building is full of pet owners. The hallway and elevators are always wet with the pets urine. However, cockroaches are the biggest problem in the 3 Goldfinch court building. You will not be able to use your kitchen cabinets due to roaches. The management is fighting for 3 years now with no result and the roaches getting more and more. If you did not read this review before renting here, then I'm very sorry for you and I welcome you to your new roach home.
