Silver Springs Apartments

The tenants there are pretty good. For the most part it's a quiet building. The building next to it is a subsidy building, so occasionally there police around. The biggest problem is management, everything you read on here about the property manager is true. She is brash, rude and disrespectful. She makes fun of tenants, the way they talk, look or act. Upper management love her and see nothing wrong with the way she treats people. There are zero upgrades when it comes to the units themselves. You will be stuck with a 15 year old fridge and stove because she will not replace them and she tries to charge you for even the most minor things. To add one good quality she has is that she is on top of pest control. She will treat an apartment, as long as it's reported by a tenant. But here are a few units that are known to be infested and have to be treated regularly. If you can deal with her being obnoxious and rude, then it's not a bad building.

The manager in the office is extremely rude and not professional!. I recommend people to not move to this place. The ground parking always have leaking problem and they do not do any maintenance to the building. Any maintenance they have done, they will charge the tenant which is ridiculous. Worse place!!

Don't move into this apartment building, it has cockroaches! The lady in the rental office is very unpleasant, she watched you on cameras and then harrass you if you allowed visitors or move in a relative to spend some time with you. This building is old and roaches lived in the floors and the baseboards, before you move in, always visit the current tenant and ask them why they are moving and they will be more than happy to tell you about the unpleasant things faced as a paying tenant.

The rudest person i have ever seen in my life. Very disrespectful. HR should consider some one else who behave properly with tanant.
