Since Hazelview Properties took over 3700 Keele St, you can clearly see the changes what the building has received so far. They are constantly doing major improvements on the building, informing all the tenants of the upcoming renovations in advance. Hazelview is one of those few management companies who actually knows and understands the need of their tenants and gets the job done in a very professional and timely manner. My wife and I are both very happy to live here, and be a part of these changes. Beside the great management, the building also has good accessibility to public transport, several grocery stores and medical facilities. Easy access to Hwy 401/407 are just minutes away. And I need to mention Kim, the Superintendent who is amazing!! Shes incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to accommodate our requests at all the time whatever we just go to her. She works tirelessly to keep the building clean and makes us feel more comfortable. Having Kim as Superintendent has made our living in the building just so much better!! Were all very grateful to have her here! Thank you Kim!! I would definitely recommend this building to anyone!!

As a tenant living here for a number of years, I can see that Hazelview Properties are doing their best to revitalize 3700 Keele Street. Last year a number of badly needed repairs were undertaken which makes me feel that they are on the right track. Hoping the work slated to start in the Spring through to Fall will be completed as promised. I realize that it's going to take some time for all the necessary upgrades to be done. As the saying goes "slow and steady wins the race"! The Building Manager is doing a great job . Now if the tenants just do their part and work with her to keep the grounds clean! Kim has worked tirelessly in planning various activities to involve the tenants and children. Thanks Kim! I will wait and see what Hazelview Properties will do in 2023!
