Good apartment with great views and space, management is good and apartment is well kept although sometimes there is a day in a month where water is closed! Cons - No security guard

Run away as fast and hard as you can! The building is in terrible shape, we don't have water at least 30 days a year, and there is constantly something wrong. Just over the past year, elevator had been out of service for over a month! We didn't have hot water for more than one month! The building management is super cheap, and the rent is way too high for this level of service!

I had to go back and edit my review because the living conditions in the building has gotten worse and worse in the past couple of years. Recently there's a water shut down every couple of weeks! At any point in time almost half of the laundry machines don't work. One of the elevators isn't working and it's already been two weeks without any fix. My whole floor smells like garbage because someone keeps leaving the garbage shoot door open. I do not recommend moving into this building.

I enjoy living here for 14 years. If i need a maintenance they came right away to fix it. The only problem is always water shutdown but maybe they are making sure the water tap is safely and clean to use.

Dont move here. Water is constantly shut off for long periods multiple times a month. Last winter there was no water for 3 days. Many times the only warning you get is a sign by the elevator that they put up the night before when many people dont have the chance to see it. We have only one working elevator for the past two weeks with no updates from management. Last month someone stole the master key from the basement office and we were not told. Only a letter that said there had been a breaking in the garage and that our locks would need to be altered. Without context. We found out what happened from the man replacing our locks. So someone had the key to our apartments without our knowledge. Also, problems with roaches and heating during the winter time. Management doesnt care about residents. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
