The location is perfect. 6 mins walk to subway station and only 2 m8ns walk to bus stops. Clean and quiet building.

Fire alarms randomly goes off in the middle of the night. Cant sleep at all.

Old elevators that sound like freight elevators and send airplane roaring sounds through the inside of most of the apartments all day long. Management wont do anything to fix this horrible noise that tenants have to suffer through. You can hear the elevator roar down all the hallways too. Its obscene. When checking a unit. Make sure you stay in the unit until elevators go past the floor. Once you hear the roaring sound inside everywhere in the apartment, you wont rent.

Unfortunately, their manager doesn't care about the building, and the rubbers easily come to the building and steal your stuff. Last week, someone stole my spare tire which was in the trunk of my rented vehicle, and I asked the manager to check the camera to find the rubber. She said you should call the police; so what building manager you are that you don't have even permission to check the building video? Apart from this, I sold my car, and told the building manager "I don't need my parking for the next month, the month of Apr, and today is March 2nd". She said you should have come 2 days earlier to let us know you don't need the parking anymore, exactly one month before the time that you don't want to be charged. So they didn't give my money back because of being 2 days late. I said I wish you were more strict when watching the building to not let rubbers come in and steal the tenant's stuff easily, and not just about the money you get from your tenant. Shame on you.
