Awful Superintendent. The Lady promised me to give me bachelor for rent. After 3 weeks she rejected me. She never answer the phone. Although I had excellent credit score and job letter she didnt accept me. The property management must observe her.

Think Twice you can do better advertisement is IMPOSTORE! Dealing with head office and their incompetent superintendence think twice.

Horrible experience dealing with wife and husband Superintendents. Both are very impatient and argumentive. I experienced discrimination due the colour of my skin although I have prestige credit and work a middle class job. I completed my application and gave my two money orders to secure the apartment. Two days after I got a text from the wife saying to come back and get my money since someone else AFTER me has taken the unit. Seems like a blessing in disguise. The building is dirty and full of old stained smelly carpet anyways and $1800 for 1 bedroom. Crazy.

Very unfriendly and uncooperative new superintendants, communication with them is extremely difficult. If you have a problem with your unit it will take weeks before any effort is made and they get very aggravated easily. Previous management was friendly and managed the property very well. Extremely dissapointed!
