Very competitive rent prices in this area. Rent is cheaper due to lack of amenities; however, I prefer that way. Apartment is walking distance to Metro, major banks, PetValu, dental offices, medical offices, and Starbucks. We can spend a day at Earl Bates Park by letting the kids play at the recently renovated playground, a mini splash zone, and wide open fields. The bus station is less than a minute walk away, and near the Sheppard East and West subway stations. Management responds within their SLAs whenever we have some issues in our unit. This is a fine place to raise a small family.

They use deceptive advertising with a low rent that's never actually available. Discriminatory criteria that violates Ontario rental law is used to prevent some people from renting.

It's a great location !!! Minutes to the highway 401 Metro shoppers drug mart Starbucks dollar store you can walk to in 2-5 mins And there is an amazing huge park (earl bales) With a forest and paths Nice and quiet neighborhood with older people, Filipino, Russian, and Jewish communities in the area as well.
