        Fabulously taken care of over many years. Lawns nice, building clean. Rent is a little on the high side but worth the peaceful forest nearby and the amazing staff on site. Ive lived many years in the neighbourhood and have visited the building often.

        Very nice neighborhood. Very well maintained. In less than 1 year I could see upgrades in parking lot, repainting and carpet changing in the halls. Good communication between staff and tenants. Outside and underground parking.
