Don't recommend living here at all. The maintenance department is trash, never helped in any way. Nobody who works for Graydon Hall apartments knows exactly what they're doing. Most awful experience ever!

I had to live there for a year and that was not a good experience for me. I was looking forward to moving out. 1-Always some annoying construction voice coming 2-COCKROACH ALERT! They apply pesticide to them but after a few days they come again. 3-Dirtiness and disrespectful people- you will see the people throw their garbage everywhere even though there is a small room with hole for the garbages every floor. They put their garbages everywhere and smelling disgusting. It is not understandable. 4-Elevator- be ready to wait an hour sometimes Only advantages is that rent is affordable.

Everything is dirty and also elevator it doesn't work and on the Monday to Friday 7Am to 5 pm water is shut down

STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN! Building will shut down the water from 9am-5pm once every week, without notice! Not accessible for parents with children getting into the building!! Underground parking is always full of trash!!
