        Totally underestimated location! Everyone around here is so friendly and nice (real family feel). Access to transport, groceries and two malls. Apartments are supper nice with surprisingly great maintenance and management. Bad reputation for the area but soooo not relevant nor justified. Moved here from the prairies many years ago and everyone gocked when I said "Jane and Finch" (I had no idea the reputation) but from day one, people said good morning on the elevators, held open doors, seeing kids play basketball into the night without fear, seeing a teenager help an old gentleman with a misstep on a walker; just an all around great atmosphere. :) AND these apartments allow pets taboot! EDIT: Though make sure to log any faults with your unit. Mine came with a deadbolt that never really worked and 6yrs later, my key broke. Now I have to pay to replace a lock that never worked in the first place? 20/20 hindsight I guess. Hence, my 5 star went down to 4... sorry.
