        This building is well kept and located ideally by the DVP and busy TTC routes as well as tons shopping .

        The apartment is ok the area is lovely but the place have a serious heating problem winter time is the worst i have a one year old an because of the low heating in building cause me to be at the doctor office so often paying 1670 in rent only to be freezing
