        Showing cockroach infested units to prospective tenants for $2400.00 a month. That cost does not include hydro, gas, water or insurance. Also the heat does nothing to keep upstairs bedrooms warm in the winter. I have picture to show ice forming on the inside of two small bedroom windows. Also pictures of cockroaches and the poorly kept garbage disposal area. Rotting door frames.
