AC issue is a frequent thing here, although the building is new.

This is generally a good place with some small flaws. Parking comparatively spacious. Nice separation between tenant parking and those who want to pay to rent per day ($10 a day). You can enter the underground parking garage without a fob, the door opens by itself, so anyone can use the parking there, you don't have to be a resident. Extremely quiet inside and outside (in the hall). But when you open the windows or outside patio door it is extraordinarily loud because the Allen Rd highway. The view is amazing for me, I see the park :). Elevator not busy at all and super fast. The people generally don't talk to you (which I like lol). Consists of young adults. Never seen 1 child (thank god). 3 minute walk to TTC Yorkdale station. 5 minute walk to the mall. 5 minute drive to the highway. Not a lot of traffic. A nice place to walk dogs (neighbourhood quiet). I'm on the 15th, it is HOT, even during the winter and without the heat on. It is so hot you don't even need the heat during the winter. No clue why it is so insanely hot. During the summer it's pretty much cool enough without AC. Again, probably because I am on the top floor and things go up. Front desk is trash on the weekend. The full-timers during the week are good. It is a mix bag. I've had awful and amazing experiences with this company. Property management is okay. Not bad and not extraordinary. Mostly good though. The main guy is good and obviously cares. I like the members of the board. There is barely any signal for freedom mobile (bell/rogers is fine). Local internet provider is mid. I pay $50 a month (ish, don't remember the exact number) for 1gbps no contract. But their service is subpar compared to the original 2. They provide free wifi in the gym for exclusive ad space on the main floor. Watch for deals with Bell, they will often match the price with way better infrastructure. My unit is super bright, even though I get no direct sunlight. Update 1: The front garage door keeps breaking, super annoying. This is an ongoing thing with this place. Local internet provider (Rally) oesn't have IPV6 which is horrible for gaming. You also can't get your ps4 to connect online, but you can get your xbox to for some reaosn. I've seen 1 child in the building (unimpressed, jk). Please update the gym, it's the worse gym I have ever seen in my life in a condo. People say you hear the TTC in your washroom and in your oven. It's true that you hear something, but it's not the TTC, it's Allen Rd. The little sound you hear is when cars go over the bump connecting the bridge. It's not awful, but it's not fun. Otherwise this is a sound proof place, can't hear you neighbours and you can sing as loud as you want (lol). Update 2: the place has been having issues. We have water pressure issues, the water pressure is sometimes bad, then it goes back to normal. We are also having issues with our AC. During the summer, it stopped working several times. At the end of September, they told us something major was broken and it was going to be ready before next summer. Update 3: I now rent out this place so I am not aware of all changes. I do know they are making efforts to upgrade the gym which is great.
