Overall a well kept building. Maintenance performed within 48hrs typically (from my experience), and lots of friendly neighbours. Access to movie theatres, groceries, and TTC within walking distance.

I love this place I dont understand the bad reviews . Maybe is the way that you talk to the staff and management why they dont do anything for your unit ? They have always accommodated any request I have made and when needing help to fix something they have always done it in a timely matter. Also if you have an issue with someone thats your personal problem learn to live with neighbours if your dont like that go buy a house . About others not following Covid rules guess what that happens everywhere do your part get vaccinated use your mask and move on . Location is great building is in excellent shape and the staff will help you just treat them like another human being and they will get stuff done right away .

A lovely experience overall, felt like the staff that I interacted with (Ashley) conducted themselves with professionalism and were very informative about offerings of the building.
