Been living here for over 20 years...... Place has gone through a major upgrade in the past few years. Used to have a storefront and an indoor pool and sauna, now turned into rentals. Lobby is nice and new rental units at the back. Lot's of new people moving in and the neighbours are sweet and polite. The roach problem is real so watch out. Honestly, you can spray but the building is old.... There is a shelter beside...and at night i hear people from there yelling... Because of the shelter, there are community safety people walking around. This area is a hotspot and super accessible. Restaurants, parks, schools, subway, you've basically got it here. Always biking around and very walkable to finch station. Always new restaurants and cute shops opening up & about 30-35 minutes by subway to downtown core. Not sure how things will turn out with the new condo's being built across the street...will block out the beautiful Scarborough view from the South-East facing balconies. Would keep this in mind if you rent because of all the construction at close proximity, the account of dust that flies up is pretty bad and not good for lungs. There is always a thick layer of dust on plants that the leaves look grey. The rent has gone up even if you're an old time client like us... Do your research and think before renting

Terrible building management. Nothing ever fixed properly and bug infested. Run fast run far far away from this place.
