i have lived in this building for almost 4 years.I agree with the other 1 star reviews from residents There is so much to say but i will cut it short. This building is mismanaged and it is a complete disaster. Old ,dirty in and out, no parking or road maintenance,expensive prices,Window are old and full of cavities. the air draft can be very dangerous especially in winter.did a request for this and it took the management 1 year to bring someone in.still the issue persists. YOU DO FELL THE COLD IN WINTER AND THE HEAT ON SUMMER IN THIS BUILDING. Please people if possible spend those money somewhere else as it is not worth the try.thank you for your time The only positive, it is close to transit

Too high rent for this old building. Very old building Looks up to 30 years old. But it is clean and quiet. Close to everything.

Update: We ( three Family moved in this building) are not Royalty. good thing about this building : walking distance to subway and close to Food Basic/ shoppers.. Bad things : 1)Dirty ( cleaner shows up once a week) and Garbage bins are normally over filled.Musty smell hallways with old Carpets. 2)Very Old ( many areas falling apart for lack of proper maintenance ) since it was built back in 1975. 3)neighbors dont care about each other. 11-12 pm walk and laugh loudly in Hallways ,slam the doors !! taking early morning shower and singing loud enough for next door to wake up ??? 4)Sanitary issues, believe it or not POOO and urine IN THE STAIRWELLS , doesn't seems to bother staff and management. 5)So much of illegal parking here you wonder why are you paying for it drug use in basement / stairwells; dont get me started... Final Word : Avoid it if you can and if not then see it in person not just once but few times before move in because if you move in you are locked for one year of misery and regret especially if you are a family with kids. I wish i could give them zero star because even one is toooo much.
