        Many years ago, I chose the Wellesdale - after looking at over 25 apartments within walking distance of the University of Toronto. It's always clean - even during winter ... hardworking Superintendents, like Peter, who are also very kind and helpful. The Management Staff is super-friendly and compassionate (especially Adriana & Jack - the two with whom I've interacted); they remember that tenants are HUMAN BEINGS. The building is well-maintained - both apartments & common areas - renovated as needed. Appliances (refrigerator and stove) are always in excellent working condition. I love the "coziness" of this building and have no desire to move out; ideal location too! You'll never regret moving into the Wellesdale. Your search is over; Welcome home!

        Have been staying here for more than 2 years now. NO complaints .no water or power problems. Neatly maintained by Peter . Hes always there for any kind of maintenance problems. So thankful for him. The only thing is an apartment with a balcony would have been great.
