The super is really rude guy they should change it he's really Rude he don't care if need help from apartment he doesn't want to be bothered pls change him he don't deserved to be super !!!!

Poor maintenance. It also feels like people live in your apartment.

I lived at 3000 Dufferin Street and my experience was okay overall. Angel, the superintendent, carried out repairs to my unit within a reasonable turnaround time, and I found him polite and pleasant to deal with. He is not always super responsive, but he does try to keep up. Pinedale as a company is more impersonal and bureaucratic, and sometimes they can be a pain to deal with, but I always found my complaints were resolved satisfactorily in the end. I lived on the 18th floor and never had an issue with bugs of any kind. Noise insulation was not amazing but its better than a lot of new condos. I could hear raised voices but normally I did not hear my neighbours. Units are a good size and well laid out. Location was quite convenient, and I found the building to be in an overall reasonable state of repair considering it is almost 60 years old. The building does have several issues though. We were without water several times due to repairs to the pipes, which is understandable but still difficult to deal with. The radiators get ridiculously hot, I was in shorts and a T-shirt all winter because my unit was 26 degrees with the windows open. The laundry room is a joke, the machines are often broken and when they do actually work, they dont work very well. I ended up taking my laundry to an offsite laundromat which was cheaper and had better machines. But the main problem with 3000 Dufferin is honestly the other tenants. Many people show a callous disregard for the physical state of the building. Its almost a sport to trash-talk the building, and unsurprisingly this leads to behaviour that causes the building to look like trash (Eg, why put garbage down the chute when you can just leave it in the elevator? This building sucks so who cares is the thought process that leads to this outcome). This place was a nightmare during the pandemic not because of managements actions, but because some (not all, but enough) of my neighbours were just such unbelievably rude, selfish and inconsiderate people, and I was trapped with them.
