Hilarious experience from building staff. I went to the office this afternoon to discuss about the my issue with staff, they asked me to leave the office aggressively and they tried to call police we did not. Man and women both are rude and shouting on us as they don't care about my problem. 1 other lady also there and reporting for her car issue and they treated her same way.

I wish I could give 0 zero star. As a customer I want to be treated with respect and dignity. The superintendent is extremely rude; she has been verbally abusive to me I never seen such rudeness in my life. On my move in day I went to the office very excited to ask for my key and out of nowhere she started yelling at me saying they already gave me the key did not even let me place a word and asked me to leave the office I was and is still chocked. Is it how a new tenant is welcomed? She apologized but that doesnt changed the fact that she is rude. No professionalism. I will not renew my lease and their units are overpriced anyway

Have lived here for 5 years. Regular water shutoffs and constant renovations have taken away from the reasonable enjoyment of our unit. Contractors hired for repairs and maintenance are shotty. Seems like anyone with a bag of tools answering a kijiji add will do. The place is uninviting and feels like your walking down hallways in a government housing project in the Bronx. The Brown Group focuses more on renovating units, as people move out, to jack the rental prices up to unaffordable levels rather than address the buildings aging and broken down facilities and services. It's not science, but just plain poor management.
